"There was a feeling of great expectation in the air."

The Littlest Christmas Kitten is a charming, hardcover children’s book, with adorable illustrations to help deliver the story. It tells of the birth of Christ from a mother cat’s perspective. Mother cat searches for, and finds, her missing kitten in a manger, moments before Joseph and Mary enter the stable.

This story is delightful and meaningful. It’s not only entertaining and unique (incorporating the animals into a major role) but shows reverence to the Christ Child, and has a cute little twist at the end. The author’s compassionate heart is evident on the dedication page: “This story is dedicated to all God’s children and His wonderful world of animals.”

A valuable bonus section in the back of the book, illustrates and explains the meaning of the following Christmas Symbols: Stable, Manger, Nativity Scene or Crèche, Christmas Star, Christmas Tree, Candles and Christmas Lights, Holly, Candy Cane, Advent Wreath, Gifts, and Christmas Cats. The slipcover has an additional illustration on the back depicting a sweet holiday scene with cats dreaming of that Holy Night long, long, ago.

The Littlest Christmas Kitten is a memorable story sure to warm the hearts of young and old alike. It’s a sweet addition to any child’s Christmas book collection.
