I love one-page devotions, especially when their brevity doesn’t compromise their inspirational value and impact. The title is timely, eye-catching, and appropriate for young readers.
#Truth covers a year of daily devotions, with each month carrying a collective theme, rather than in a random pattern. Although the target audience of this book is teens, the messages apply to all readers, despite their ages.
Each page contains a date, title, Bible verse/reading(s), devotion, truth, and prayer. (Most scriptures are quoted from the NLV, but many others are also included.)
One of the objectives of this book is to help teens/readers make a solid connection of faith to their lives. The devotions are easy to understand, concise, and insightful.
