Inspiring. Creative. Motivating. Spiritual.
As a military brat (both growing up, and when married) I could relate to the author. I’ve moved so many times in my life that I’ve lost count. Some of those places felt like “home” and others felt little more than a stepping stone.
I love the idea of creating a place that gives life and connection. Isn’t that what “home” is all about? And if our homes reflect ourselves, then we need to restore ourselves (our faith, connections, etc.) as well as our dwelling.
Restoration House is structured in three parts:
Part 1: Restored Home, Restored Soul
Part 2: Restored Space for You
Part 3: Sharing Your Restored Home
Each section motivates me to make changes, create spaces for God, dreams, and entertaining, and does so with a spiritual vein coursing through it. I love the photos, reflections, inspirational text sections, and the solid Scriptural foundation.
This hardcover book is beautiful, meaningful, and stimulating.
