BLW Baby Food Cookbook - book review

The BLW (baby-led weaning) method guides caregivers in introducing solid foods into baby’s diet that encourages self-feeding.

BLW Baby Food Cookbook contains more than recipes. It provides valuable information about age introduction, nutritional values, motor skills, diversity, etc. The book also includes sensitivities, such as gluten-free, dairy-free, vegan, and other such diets.

When my children were little, they were such picky eaters that I worried they were getting enough nutrition from the few foods they’d eat. If I’d had a guide such as this one, I believe I would have introduced foods earlier and provided more variety.

This book is a wonderful guide for a fun, exciting, and memorable time in baby’s life. As a soon-to-be grandmother, I look forward to trying some of these techniques and recipes with my grandchild.
