Amish Front Porch Stories

This book is filled with sweet and simple short stories that put your mind on things of God. Labeling these as front porch stories makes me smile. My grandmother and I used to sit on her front porch and read and these are the kinds of stories we basked in.

Amish Front Porch Stories reminds me a bit of a storybook I had as a child, where each tale revealed a strong biblical principle or moral. Although these stories focus on Amish and their way of life, they show that we all experience the same ups and downs in life, but where we put our faith makes all the difference.

Though these stories are short and simplistic, they are uplifting and full, showing us how to live peaceful, joyful lives by having faith, loving God, and loving one another.
