Restorative Yoga for Beginners is a helpful guide for beginner yogis. It reveals the effects of doing yoga and how these simple relaxation techniques can reduce stress, restoring energy, unburdening your body and mind, etc.

The illustrations are very helpful, demonstrating the poses clearly. I'm definitely in the beginning stages and just getting acquainted with yoga and have found the meditative and relaxing results very promising.
