The 5-Minute Anxiety Relief Journal: A Creative Way to Stop Freaking Out

I have a family member who deals with anxiety and I think she'll benefit from this creative journal. She gets distracted easily, so the 5-minute prompts are simple and easy.

I like how the journal-er is prompted to look back and things they wrote and find common themes, or other unexpected patterns.

There are plenty of lined pages for writing out thoughts and concerns and several quotes and memes to encourage you as you make your way through each chapter.
