On weekends, or other days when I have open time, I can prepare a week's worth of recipes (the book states - in only an hour!) There are so many times I've prepared a meal and found hat it doesn't keep it's flavor, texture, etc. after being in the freezer. It's comforting to discover a cookbook of recipes particularly for meals that freeze well!
