Positive Thinking: A 52-Week Journal

I've said it a hundred times or more, I love journaling. Whether it's a lined blank book to record my thoughts, or a book of prompts, quotes, and memes that prime me to examine my thoughts and emotions, journals are an important pastime for me.

I'm all into positivity, so the title Positive Thinking grabbed my attention. I am enjoying the way this book promotes healthy thinking, and ways to identify and reshape negative thoughts.

With oodles of introspective prompts, quotes, affirmations, and writing space, this book is a wonderful way to embrace positivity and create a healthy and encouraging perspective each day.
