The Easy Thyroid Diet Plan

This book is more than a recipe book for those with thyroid issues. In addition to thyroid friendly recipes, it also explains what your thyroid does, treatments, how diet is connected to thyroid mechanics, etc.

From breakfast drinks to after dinner deserts, the recipes are easy and, for the most part, contain items I normally keep in my pantry.  The book is organized neatly and the few illustrations are enticing.

The meal plan is a 4-week plan that helps you manage your thyroid condition, through recipes, managing stress, removing environmental toxins, etc. from your daily life.
