Let’s Talk About Cats is a treasure trove for cat lovers. I’ve had cat and dog family members all my life and have learned they have different ways of expressing themselves - which is why I feel cats get a bad rap. While dogs are fairly transparent with their feelings, cat’s express their emotions more subtly and softly.

I’m learning so much from this book.  For instance, who knew that cats respond to music? I didn’t, though I’ve kept the Sirius station on while I’ve been gone for the day to keep my kitties from feeling alone in a quiet house.  So perhaps I knew it instinctively?

There are so many tidbits of information in this book, from discovering a cat's emotional needs to teaching behavioral tips and keeping them physically healthy. A few of the subjects made me pause, such as communicating telepathically, but most of the chapters kept me fully engaged.

I received  a complimentary copy of this book from the publisher.
